Career progression
Hale Hamilton has a very low staff turnover rate. Employees have an average of 12 years of service in the company. Some of our senior management team even started as apprentices. Our low staff turnover is a testament to how we treat our people and that we genuinely have more of a family atmosphere than a corporate one. We treat everyone with the same level of respect, from apprentice to Managing Director.
All employees have access to training, both internal and external. We provide regular training and empower employees to request time and funding for any training that will help them progress their careers within the business—up to and including Ph. Ds.
As part of the CIRCOR family, we are able to offer more career opportunities, both in the UK and internationally. Whether it is a one-year placement or a transfer to a different part of the business, there are opportunities to move up or sideways in the business so that you can learn and develop on the job.
